4. Client Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

6. Intellectual Property

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the content we create for you. We retain the right to showcase this work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Our Materials: All methodologies, processes, templates, and tools developed by GoToContent remain our intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect active client agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GoToContent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee specific results or rankings from SEO services

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• We will deliver all completed work
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Each party will return or destroy confidential information

11. Disclaimer

The materials on GoToContent's website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

13. Changes to Terms
